Im looking for information on a website that catogorizes forums.Instead of typing in a car and then adding “forum” afterwards, Im wondering if theres a website that has a listing of all of them or at least a goood amount.
For example…this site will have a section for Mazda, and then have the different forum websites that are for mazda cars

Hotrodder.com is one that I am a member of. It is normally for “hotrods” though, but some people do ask import questions. It is pretty much a general forum though.

I don’t know of any specific places that are cheap, but if you can avoid renting at the airport that will save you money. There are additional fees and taxes on rental cars that are picked up at airport facilities, so try to rent from locations that are away from the airport. Hertz and Enterprise often have non-airport locations.
You can also try priceline.com to set your own price for a car and see if any companies accept it.
