Question by lilia2188: Hyundai cars?
Can someone please tell me if Hyundai cars are good cars for first time drivers? I am planning to trade in our 2004 Nissan Sentra for a 2006 Hyundai. And also if someone drives one can you tell me why this car is cheap? I know they are Korean made but I have heard people say that Korean made cars are not the good.
So how is the rating crash wise?

I have a hyundai it is a 2001 tiburon and what i have find is good about it is that it is excellent on gas because it is all made out of fiber glass but that makes the car less safe but why some people might bad talk korean cars is because they are important and expensive to fix and unusual to autobody and mechanics and insurance will cost more money because if anything needs to be replaced they will have to ship it in from korea something that is great in all hyundai though is the stereo and if it is a teen driver that might be an important factor i still have my stock speakers in my car and they work better than some of my friends who have spent lots of money on theres i love talking about my car so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to email or ask me …. rayleenfischer577@msn.com

I have a really hard time pumping gas, as it keeps clicking and stopping. Would anyone know of problems with this? I’ve gone to the recalss and also Hyundai forums. Thanks..
p.s. I just got the car a week ago….
I did have it checked at Auto Zone, and they said there was a small leak in the gas cap. I checked that and it was a new gas cap. Not sure what to do next.Thanks.

it needs to have a code check done. one of the vents in the fuels system could be clogged up. a code reader will give you the code as to what the source of the problem is. Most engine codes are for emission type problems, and the fuel vent deals with emissions
