I asked this question yesterday and made the mistake of referring to Vauxhall as an “English Opel.” I don’t think certain nationalities were amused.

Thank God they saved SAAB and Opel, but what about Vauxhall Motors and Australia’s Holden Motors, both owned by GM before their bankruptcy.

Holden and Vauxhall will continue to operate as they were. They may change their line up a bit as GM designs new cars. However, they will not die.
