stalling/ idle/dampness

Have 2000 Marquis, 4.6leng. problem started @ 40,000 mi. Now has 52,000 mi.stalling @ idle/runs fine underway, no apparent change in fuel economy problem is Moisture/humidity related. Sets NO codes in diagnostics/2 differemt mechanics tried. @ 30 % humidity, starts fine/no prob. @ 50%, humidity/80 deg. takes 5 min., then idles fine/ In rain, problem never goes away, stalls @ idle no matter how long car runs.Appreciate any help you may offer!

your problem may be coming from the IAC (idle control valve).
