Hyundai Elantra Rough On Door Handles

Q: I own a 94 Hyundai Elantra. I like the car but we've had problems with the door handles. The first one that broke was the front passenger side which was replaced under warranty. Then the rear passenger handle was next, followed by the driver's side handle; both of which are not under warranty anymore. The car has 45k on it; we take good care of the car. When we talked to a couple of dealers they said that they've not heard of this happening, so I'm wondering if it's a defect and don't want to have to pay for replacement. By the way, it's the actual "spring loaded" part of the handle that breaks which then means the handle comes right off in your hand and you can't open the door from the inside anymore! Please give me your opinion. A: I have not heard of or experienced much of any problems with the inside door handles on Hyundai's. In fact I'm driving one myself at this time and have yet to rip a door handle off.
