ive driven daily on TE37s for years with no bends. casting rims are actually weaker and more likely to bend then forged. you can bend forged rims but chances are your a crappy driver to begin with if you didnt avoid or slow down for a pot hole anyways. just because a rim is strong doesnt mean you should be ignorant and abusive twards it.

i own 8 15″ TE37s myself and used them on a daily for about 3-4 years now.

what happened to Rays?did they change their name to Volk?

lol i never thought i would get Rays, but i bought a mint used set of Volk TE37 from a guy for $200 today

I’m new to buying rims. So which rims are suitable for daily use and which ones are suited to track use?

I would hate to waste a lot of money on new performance rims.

I agree, They are the best, but ONLY if your doing track racing.

Not trying to say anything bad about you, but some people try to use lightweight rims like rays for daily use, but one small bump or mini pot hole, and the rims can be damaged really easy. There are rays, as in the video, that are not uber lightweight (forged) but their other products (casting) happen to be a normal weight that can be used for daily street use.

They’re not making rims for you, And you cant buy direct from rays. You buy them from there suppilers. My brother works for bbs, He said no one will make rims for one person cost to much to do something so little
